Landcare Broken Hill - Local Landcare Coordinator

Do you care about community, environment and sustainable land management?

Landcare Broken Hill is seeking a Local Landcare Coordinator to help grow and support community-led environmental projects across the region.

This role will work closely with volunteers, community groups, local organisations and partners to strengthen Landcare initiatives and support the delivery of the NSW Landcare Program. The position plays a key role in building community participation, coordinating projects and supporting local environmental action.

Local Landcare Coordinator - Wentworth/Buronga/Euston

Do you care about community, environment and sustainable land management?

This role will work closely with volunteers, community groups, local organisations and partners to strengthen Landcare initiatives and support the delivery of the NSW Landcare Program. The position plays a key role in building community participation, coordinating projects and supporting local environmental action.

Training & Support

We will provide ongoing training and support to help you achieve sustainable land management practices

Participate in training and workshops to build your group’s capacity.

Our 3 Local Landcare Coordinators are our on ground support available to all member groups.

Representation

We provide a voice for our members linking local concerns to regional, state and national bodies.

Western Landcare NSW is represented on regional and state boards.

Have access to regular steering committee meetings to share your ideas across the region.
