Mt Hope Pest Control Group

Mt Hope Pest Control Group formed in 2017 as a means to proactive wild dog control for the region. The group identified the issue occurring in surrounding communities and took the steps to implement practical measures to ensure the devastating effects of Wild dogs were not felt. Since its inception the group has been active in undertaking a range of projects including; coordinated wild dog baiting, 1080 pin done training, Wild Dog information training looking at ecology, control methods, trapping and bait preparation and setting up baiting racks and freezers.
