Pine Creek Area Rangecare Group

The Pine Creek Area Rangecare Group’s aim is to promote and carry out the eradication of woody weeds and pest animals, as well as the protection and regeneration of the land and pastures. Established in 1988 the group has been active in Mesquite eradication projects as well as led the way in rabbit control through burrow ripping and is actively engaged in wild dog and fox control through the LLS baiting program. We are also actively involved in youth engagement initiatives to encourage and upskill young people who want to work on the land.
